Great spot and Great condo

Negative: The guest room could use more lighting. Only bit of issue for me but overall the location is great, well kept and maintained, everything you may need it’s there. Will definitely book again!

Positive: Very close to the town center. There was a bus stop on the corner. The living room furniture was comfortable. There was a table top fan, which I used to sleep (this amenities is often overlooked). The underground parking is free. The kitchen was mostly well stocked with some items missing, broken, or dirty. Some items I requested were provided and a broken fixture I reported was repaired quickly (see full story in what I didn’t like). Negative: Some items I consider essential were missing, non-operational, or broken. There wasn’t any facial tissues and the toilet paper was too rough for runny noses. There were no garbage bags to replace the ones I filled and threw out. The laundry soap was practically empty and there were no dryer sheets/balls. The work desk is in the darkest corner of the living room and there is no lighting or chair. The kitchen scissors were so dull they didn’t cut anything. Some of the cookware was dirty and required scrubbing before use. There were no food storage containers for leftovers. The master bathtub drain was broken off and placed on the tub edge; this was an obvious defect and should have been repaired before my arrival. The king mattress in the master was actually 2 singles so there was a highly uncomfortable ridge in the bed. The property manager entered the property without permission, while I was out. When I expressed my discomfort with this, they were dismissive and unapologetic. Summary: many things should have been rectified before my arrival (broken tub, missing items, dirty dishes). Entry into the suite should not have taken place without permission. The property manager should have taken accountability instead of being dismissive.

Positive: Close toevrtything in town Negative: Room was cold and thermometer battery dead. We called about it but no action taken.

Positive: We liked the location - central enough to get any where we wanted to go quickly but far enough away from anything we did not want to participate in. The unit was spacious enough to give two couples privacy and yet cozy enough to enjoy some down time together. Also a huge kudo to management!! We had a last minute pet situation which was handled perfectly with care and understanding. Thank you again for that. Our travel companion from the Netherlands as very impressed. Thank you for being part of her birthday weekend, one she says she will always remember. Negative: The couches, fit the aesthetic of the décor perfectly, weren't very comfortable. Yes, a little privileged, sorry. Also it was very warm overnight in the master bedroom. We were too hot and had to open the window as we could not figure out hot to regulate the temperature in that particular room.

Positive: The Pristine Peaks team were excellent to work; superb communications. Well furnished, with all kitchen gear we needed. And Spotless. Negative: All Good

Positive: Beautiful place, above expectations, felt like a second home (had everything I would need). Beautiful rooms and washrooms and view (outdoor porch with mountain view). Great facilities. Negative: First day the door code worked for entry to everything except main door. Had to get front desk staff to get us in the unit. After they scanned us in, code worked. Everything was perfect after that.

Positive: Het is een heerlijk appartement met veel ruimte: 2 ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden van 2,00 meter breed, 2 ruime badkamers en een groot woongedeelte. Een fijn terras. De keuken was zeer goed uitgerust. Goede wifi. Negative: Het ligt vrij ver van het centrum (20 minuten lopen), maar er is een gratis, frequent rijdende bus die vlakbij het appartement stopt. Op 10 minuten lopen is een klein winkelcentrum (The Shops of Canmore), met fietsverhuur en een halte voor de bus naar Banff. Het appartement was moeilijk te vinden. Het centrale adres van het complex is 187 Kananaskis Way, maar het appartement is in het deel met huisnummer 191. Het was prettig geweest als we die informatie van te voren gekregen hadden.

Positive: The condo was great, very large, comfortable and clean. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich und haben auf unsere Anfrage sofort reagiret. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Wir konnten auch den Grill nutzen.
