Positive: Location, size of condo and comfort of beds. Negative: It just needs a few more amenities such as plastic baggies, writing pad, fabric softener, some spices, guest book and information of The area restaurants.

Positive: Beautiful property. Clean and convenient. Negative: Couldn’t figure out the thermostat on the first night and it was rather hot in the unit. We never did get the WiFi to work.

Negative: א. להפתעתינו. יום לפני הכניסה (=לאחר שהכל שולם, ואין לנו אפשרות לבטל!) נשלח אלינו חוזה משפטי קשוח ביותר + חובה לצלם את רישיון הנהיגה שלנו (=כולל מספר תעודת זהות)+ כרטיס אשראי כולל 3 ספרות cvc. זה לא הופיע מראש בבוקינג, לפחות לא בזמן ההזמנה שלנו (ייתכן שהתחדש אצלם לאחר ההזמנה שלנו). התקשרנו אליהם. קיבלנו מענה מאוד מנומס ואדיב, אבל עם אמירה חד משמעית קשוחה - בלי זה אין כניסה לדירה. במילים אחרות: דרישה למסור את כל הפרטים החסויים שלנו לגורם עלום. הזמנה בבוקינג אמורה הייתה למנוע זאת, ובוקינג גם מזהירים לא למסור פרטים מעין אלו לאף אחד. במילים אחרות - סכנת פישינג! כיון שזה היה ערב שבת ואנחנו שומרי שבת (וגם כבר שילמנו), לא הייתה לנו ברירה אלא להיכנע ולקחת סיכון, או להישאר לישון ברחוב ביום שבת... ב. אין נציגות פיזית בשטח. מקבלים במייל קוד כניסה. אפשר לדבר עם נציג בטלפון בשעות מוגדרות. אבל כאמור הוא היה מנומס ואדיב, אבל ממש לא מועיל... ג. לפני יום העזיבה קיבלנו הודעה שיש לפנות את הדירה עד 10:00(!) + אנחנו צריכים לפנות את האשפה שלנו מהדירה(!!). ד. קוד הכניסה לדירה עשה לנו בעיות ולא תמיד עבד. לנו זה עלה ביוקר בצ'ק אין - לקח זמן עד שפרקנו את המזוודות והצלחנו להיכנס לדירה, וכיון שבינתיים חנינו עם האוטו בפתח המלון ולא בחניון התת קרקעי, חטפנו קנס רציני (לא מצאנו טעם לדבר בעניין זה עם הנציגות בטלפון, למדנו שהם מנומסים אבל לא באמת עוזרים. שילמנו). ה. הערה: למרות שליחת הכתובת המדויקת, איתור הבניין המסוים והדירה מורכב (זה מתחם משותף ליותר ממלון אחד). קחו נשימה ארוכה וסבלנות.

The living area and rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms well stocked with soap , shampoo , conditioner . Kitchen also stocked with salt /pepper /ground coffee / Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent which was quite helpful . Cute and spacious balcony .The host was super responsive . It’s Banff peak summer season so there wasn’t any flexibility with the check in and check out times .

Positive: Good location, 10 min walk into town. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities and washing machine. Warm unit, good underfloor heating. Negative: The bedrooms would have benefited from a central light, they were quite dark with only side lights and bedside lamps. Would have been good to be able to have twin beds in the bedroom.

Nice, but pricey. 😉
