Great, quiet apartment in a perfect location

Positive: Super spacious apartment with two bathrooms, appliances up to date, dishwasher, dryer. Quiet (faces an inner courtyard) yet central and a short walk to town, dedicated parking space in a heated garage. Can’t recommend it enough! Negative: Dryer was slow to dry but that is a nitpick!

Great quiet & cozy location. Enjoyed walking the boardwalk for sunrise which is located right out the front door. Also enjoyed walking to down town 5-7 min walk. The purge coffee shop is conveniently located next door.

Will recommend it and hopefully return.
