Positive: 客廳廚房寬敞，面對三姐妹山景美。 Negative: 1.電梯壞了沒事先告知。 2.請求能否換房間，不同意也罷，居然掛我電話。 3. 沒人幫忙提行李，我們自己拉行李爬四樓非常累。 4. 電話上答應補咖啡粉和衛生紙，一直沒送到。 5. 態度令人失望極了。
